Stage 13 is the 13th Stage of Sky Force Reloaded and the last in the main sequence, and is home to the final known Boss, Omega.
Key Notes[]
- This Stage marks the first appearance of the Mystery AI's fleet of next-gen futuristic enemy rolling stock, feauturing the vast majority of those enemies.
- Several of the enemies in this Stage discharge a ring/radial swarm of projectiles upon their destruction, including the Supercharged Mantis Cannons, Energized Spider Railguns and Volatile Drones. Using an Energy Shield to cut through unharmed or Mega Bombs to blow them away is a good technique, as damage otherwise can be critical.
- Drones effectively take over Prop Planes as the prevalent flying enemies from this Stage onwards. They are a lot more durable and without a highly-enough upgraded Plane, they take longer to destroy.
- The Laser Drones are also what hinder a successful run for this Stage. Often with powerful Planes like the Gladius, Octopus or The Classic with its Laser Whip, the Drones can be instantly finished off with a blast of an MWS module supercharge, before they even begin to attack. With all of them shooting lasers in multiple directions simultaneously, it effectively forms a wall of almost instant fatality, and those lasers are strong enough to shatter any active Energy Shields.
- With all these more challenging enemies, it is important to rehearse as many times as possible on previous Stages and apply upgrades to your Planes' loadouts before attempting to face them head-on.
- It is also the Stage that features the cutscene played at the final known Boss's entry (Omega) where the doors of its hanger base open and it ascends out.
- As the final main Stage in the game, the credits roll (Which can be skipped) will be played at the end of the Stage after Omega is defeated. At the same time, the Nightmare Difficulty will be unlocked for all Stages that are perfected on Normal, Hard and Insane.
