The Octopus is the 9th Plane, which utilizes mini homing rockets as its unique missile system. Its colors on the Wingman Cube are blue, light blue and chrome yellow.

Octopus is one of the most destructive Planes in Sky Force Reloaded, using a mini-rocket swarm instead of regular missiles that homes in on randomized targets to boost damage dealt to them. These rockets are also capable of navigating tight turns at high velocity, much like high accuracy missiles fired from SAM launchers.
This Plane has the most unique Main Weapon Supercharge out of all the nine, firing a long overcharged volley of high speed homing missiles, much like its homing rockets from its wing-fitted SAM missile launchers. Players can enjoy some of the most destructive moments in the game when they team up Octopus's MW Supercharge along with The Classic (With its Laser Whip). This ability is seen in the PC/Console version of the game, and due to the strict model in the mobile versions, it fires a standard intensified gunfire salvo there instead.
Octopus, alongside the overhauled edition of The Classic, as a result of its unique flying tank characteristics, plays an important role in Medal-seeking Stage runs. However, it may not fare as proficiently in the mobile versions due to the prolonged absence of its powerful homing rocket launchers.
