In-game Description[]

"Welcome to the Card Radar.

Spend some Stars to perform radar scans and locate missing Cards. Increase the radar's efficiency by allocating more Stars.

Successful scanning will highlight the Stage and Difficulty the Card is available at.

If you fail at retrieving the Card its location will change."

Function[]

The Card Radar is a screen that aid the player in finding Bonus Card in exchange for Stars. The option can be found at the bottom of the Card gallery menu. The Card Radar function disappears permanently once all Permanent Bonus Cards are obtained.

Its functions are as follows:

  • In the middle of the screen is the Radar, with an illuminated cone ahead of it.
  • Stars need to be spent in order to use the Card Radar. By widening the angle of the lighted sweep from the Radar, more Stars are needed to be paid, adjustable by the slider in the bottom.
  • The Card Radar's searching cost increases as the player collected more Permanent Bonus Cards.
  • To use, tapping on the "Search" button causes the Radar to quickly spin and its cone to sweep the map at high speed. A Card blip will appear randomly on the map.
  • Finishing by tapping the same button once more, which causes the Radar to gradually slow down. A successful search is when the lighted cone lands on the Card blip, revealing a Card's location in a random Stage along with the assigned Difficulty, normally a later Stage on high Difficulty level. Otherwise, the spent Stars are simply wasted.

By returning to the main menu, a Card blip appears over the number of the Stage where the Card is to be retrieved. The Card is guaranteed to be found on the assigned Stage on the right Difficulty. If your Plane explodes, both the Card and the guaranteed drop rate will be lost. (the player may use the Card Radar to re-locate it)
